Krishnan Murali is a second generation lawyer and heads the Bangalore office of iCounsel. His areas of specialisation are Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As) and Private Equity (PE), though he also regularly represents a significant breadth of domestic and multinational companies on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters.

In the past, Krishnan has advised both strategic and financial investors in their investments in Indian companies and also represented publicly traded Indian companies in some of their key outbound investments.
